Terms of sale

ProviderQMS offers quality and compliance software subscriptions as well as separate document kits. The plan, billing frequency, GST-inclusive price and renewal terms are shown before payment.

Products and purchase

Software subscriptions begin only after successful payment, renew automatically at the selected frequency until cancelled, and can be cancelled in Settings → Billing. Starter and Business are available monthly or yearly. Annual prices and the first-annual-purchase refund guarantee are subject to the current terms linked below. Earlier customer agreements remain in place. Document kits are separately licensed one-off purchases; buying a software subscription does not grant a separate kit.

Licence and use

Software access is for one organisation as shown at checkout. Document-kit files are licensed for use and customisation by the purchasing organisation and must not be resold or redistributed.
